Deluxe Porta Potty Rental

A deluxe porta potty is a single-user flushing toilet with a built-in sink that AllClean rents for weddings, parties and long job sites. Call (323) 310-1260 or chat with us, and tell us your date and address. Same-day delivery is available, and one weekly service visit is included for every week the unit is on site.

Deluxe Porta Potty Features

A deluxe porta potty has a foot-pump flush fed by a fresh water tank, a built-in hand-wash sink and a mirror. Sources list the features below, and the exact set varies by unit. Ask us what is on the one we assign you:

• A foot-pump flush fed by a fresh water tank
• A built-in hand-wash sink with running water
• A mirror
• Soap and paper towel dispensers on some models
• Interior lighting on some models

A closed waste tank also holds odor in better than the open tanks in many basic units. Compare it with a standard porta potty if you only need the basics.

Flushing Toilet and Sink Without Hookups

A deluxe porta potty needs no water line, sewer line or power outlet, because the flushing toilet and the sink work from tanks inside the unit. You only need a level spot for the crew to set it down, and the crew handles the rest.

Pressing the foot pump flushes the toilet, and the fresh water tank feeds the sink the same way. Guests do not need a hose or a plug.

Fresh Water Tank and Waste Tank Capacity

A flushable unit can carry a 22-gallon fresh water tank, and units are about 44 inches wide, 48 inches deep and 90 inches tall. A deluxe flushing unit handles about 100 uses per service, which is a guide and not a promise.

A weekend wedding fills the waste tank slower than a festival. Guest count, hours and drinks change how fast the tanks fill, and waste tank size varies by model, so we confirm it with you at quote. Each service visit pumps the waste tank, cleans the unit, refills the fresh water and restocks supplies.

Deluxe Porta Potty Versus a Luxury Restroom Trailer

A deluxe porta potty is a single flushing unit with a hand-wash sink and a mirror, not a luxury restroom trailer. People searching for a luxury porta potty often find trailers. AllClean does not rent restroom trailers, so we do not offer multi-stall luxury restrooms.

A standard porta potty has no flush and no sink, and many basic units have an open waste tank. A standard unit rents for $146 to $310 for a one-day event, and a deluxe unit costs more. Pair a deluxe unit with a hand-wash station when one sink is not enough for a crowd.

Deluxe Porta Potty Rental Cost

A deluxe unit with a flushing toilet and a hand-wash sink rents for $250 to $320 per week across the US. In Chicago, one runs about $210 per week or $360 for 28 days with weekly servicing, and your quote depends on rental length, location and unit count.

A short event, such as five hours, is usually quoted as a one-day rental. For longer rentals, one service visit per week is included for every week the unit is on site, and extra visits cost more.

Wedding and Event Uses

Weddings are the classic use for a deluxe porta potty, because the sink, mirror and flush make the visit feel closer to an indoor restroom. Other sites suit it too, wherever guests expect more than a basic unit. Common uses include:

• Weddings and receptions
• Private parties and graduation events
• Corporate events and outdoor festivals
• Long job sites that want a sink on the unit
• Parks and community events
• Sports tournaments and races

For crowds, see event porta potty rental. For crews, see the construction porta potty page.

Deluxe Porta Potty Quantities

For events, plan about one deluxe unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event, and add 20 to 30 percent when guests drink alcohol or the weather runs hot. Weddings and private parties with drinks often need one unit per 25 guests.

The Portable Sanitation Association International (PSAI) special events standard sets a minimum of one unit for up to 50 guests over four hours, and two units for 100 guests. AllClean rents ADA accessible units too, from $252 to $480 for a one-day event; see our ADA accessible porta potty page. The 2010 ADA Standards require no more than 5 percent of clustered portable toilets to be accessible, so tell us your guest count and we will help you plan.

Deluxe Porta Potty Rental Process

Renting a deluxe unit takes three steps, and our crew handles the work. The steps below cover booking, delivery and the weekly service visit that keeps the flushing toilet, the sink and the supplies in good shape for the whole rental period.

1. Call (323) 310-1260 or chat with us any hour, and give us your dates, the address and how many guests will use the units.
2. Our crew delivers the unit and sets it on level ground. Same-day delivery is available, so tell us how soon you need it.
3. For rentals longer than a day, our crew makes one service visit per week to pump the waste tank, clean the unit, refill the fresh water and restock supplies, and extra visits cost more. When your rental ends, we pick the unit up.
